WALLABY Data

This page contains links to publicly released WALLABY data. As WALLABY is a long-term project, only a limited number of data products are currently available. Additional data products will be released at irregular time intervals as survey observations with ASKAP progress.

WALLABY Pilot Data Release 2

23 September 2024

The second WALLABY pilot data release (DR2) contains value-added data products created by the WALLABY team from the phase 2 pilot survey data. WALLABY Pilot DR2 includes HI catalogues and associated data products at 30″ angular resolution for almost 1800 galaxies in three separate fields on the sky and kinematic models for a subset of more than 120 HI detections which are spatially resolved. In addition, we released high-resolution catalogues and data products at 12″ angular resolution for 80 galaxies detected in the direction of HIPASS sources located within the phase 2 pilot fields.

WALLABY Pilot DR2 was made available on 23 September 2024 via the CSIRO ASKAP Science Data Archive (CASDA) and the Canadian Astronomy Data Center (CADC). WALLABY Pilot Data Release 1

15 November 2022

The first WALLABY pilot data release (DR1) contains value added data products created by the WALLABY team from the phase 1 pilot survey data. WALLABY Pilot DR1 includes HI catalogues and associated data products for almost 600 galaxies in three fields on the sky and kinematic models for a subset of more than 100 HI detections which are spatially resolved.

WALLABY Pilot DR1 was made available on 15 November 2022 and can be accessed through the CSIRO ASKAP Science Data Archive (CASDA) or the Canadian Astronomy Data Center (CADC).
